This was a great read as it he book provides an investigative perspective on the topic of peace. You really get the full breath on the topic and I appreciate the research that went into the history and major contributors on the topic of peace. This is a must read for everyone as this is a relevant topic in today’s society. Can’t wait to read a Spanish version of the book when it comes out?

A world full of anxiety, depression and fear desperately needs to know where real, enduring, inner peace can be found, and I think Arno Galvez is pointing to the only source of peace that transcends all the circumstances that we have no control over. This timely book summarizes a lot of the self-help information available elsewhere, but goes a step further to something deeper that I highly recommend giving thoughtful consideration.

While written from a Christian perspective, what is most surprising and welcomed about Inner Peace is how accessible this thoroughgoing study is to anyone seeking a life of transcendent peace. His Christian convictions are clear, as is his understanding of the topic, but Galvez writes with a respect and gentleness that is rare, exhibiting the very peace he is encouraging the reader to embrace. I especially liked his treatment of "peace" from the perspective of other religious traditions, and his distinction between "peace of mind" and "peace of conscious" is also very insightful. Great read! I highly recommend it.
